I wasn't sporty growing up. Lazy af, actually.
I started with YouTube workouts during the COVID lockdown, then gym classes once restrictions lifted. I was consistent but wasn't seeing any meaningful results.
Then I stumbled across a girl online who'd started exactly where I was. Skinny fat. Slim but soft. We looked the same on paper, but our body composition told completely different stories. She could deadlift double her body weight. I didn't know lifting could do that. Build your glutes, give you an hourglass shape, without bulking you up. I was intrigued.
When I finally decided to give the gym a try, I hired a coach straight away. Then switched to another. Then another. I was seeing results, but not the ones I was after. None of them gave me the understanding, the why, or the knowledge to keep going on my own until I found my fourth.
When things finally clicked, I built the body I'd always wanted. But more than that, I built a confidence I'd never had before, in the gym and outside of it.
So I became a certified personal trainer and built coaching by lorenzia to be the coach I never had from the very start. To save you the years of trial and error it took me to get here. Someone who gives you the plan, the knowledge, and the support to become the strongest version of yourself, with or without me.

Skinny fat is when you're a "normal" weight or even slim, but your body composition is mostly fat with very little muscle. You might wear a small size, but feel soft, undefined, and shapeless. It's common in women who do mostly cardio without strength training, or who under-eat and lose muscle instead of building it. The fix isn't eating less or doing more cardio. It's building muscle, which is exactly what this program is designed to do.
100% online, so you can train from anywhere: a gym, at home, or wherever you are. Everything lives in one app: your training, nutrition tracking, check-ins, progress photos, and direct chat with me. Once you're onboarded, I build your program from scratch based on your body, goals, and schedule. At each check-in (fortnightly on Standard, weekly on Premium), we review your progress, adjust your program, and set your focus for the period ahead. Think of it as having a personal trainer and nutritionist in your pocket, someone who actually knows your body, your history, and exactly where you're headed.
Most programs hand you a plan and disappear. Here you have a coach who has been exactly where you are: skinny fat, confused about what to eat, unsure if you're even doing the exercises right. The difference is the accountability, the form checks, and the fact that your program isn't set-and-forget. I'm watching, adjusting, and pushing you every step of the way.
Yes. Nutrition here is about building habits that support your training, not cutting everything you love. You'll learn to eat in a way that's sustainable and actually works for your body. Restriction isn't the answer, and I won't pretend it is.
Not necessarily. If you train at a gym, great. If you prefer training at home, I can design a program around dumbbells, resistance bands, and a mat. Just mention it in your application and I'll build accordingly.
Yes. The program is built for beginners through to intermediate lifters. If you've never lifted before, that's exactly what the form checks and direct coaching are for.
Fortnightly suits most people once they're in a rhythm. You still have direct weekday access to me for any questions between check-ins, so you're never waiting long for support. Weekly is for those who want closer accountability, or who are just getting started and want that extra support early on. If you're unsure, start on Standard. You can always switch up.
Yes. You can switch between the Standard and Premium plans once per month.
It depends on where you're starting from, how consistent you are, and how well you're fuelling your body. Most people notice changes in how their clothes fit and how they feel within 4 to 6 weeks. Visible body composition changes — more definition, more shape — typically take around 3 months of consistent training and nutrition. That's the honest answer, and it's why the minimum commitment is 12 weeks.
12 weeks. Seeing real progress takes time, and 12 weeks is the realistic minimum to get there. Your program is custom-built from day one and requires a lot of upfront work, which is why the initial period is non-refundable.
After your initial 12 weeks, you can continue month to month, adjust to a higher or lower check-in frequency, or finish up with the tools to keep going on your own.
You're billed weekly via direct debit. Standard is $80 per week, Premium is $95 per week. There's no lock-in after your initial 12 weeks.
You can pause for up to 2 consecutive weeks. Life happens and I get that: holidays, illness, injury. Just let me know in advance and your coaching period extends by the same length. After your first 3 months, you can cancel anytime. No phone calls, no awkward emails.
